Terms & Conditions
The house rules — for bookings, events, the gaming floor and this website. Short version: be decent, we'll do the same.
LAST UPDATED · SEPTEMBER 2026
Fair terms, clearly written.
Bookings & cancellations
Restaurant tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time — call us on {{PHONE}} if you're running late and we'll almost always sort it. No-shows on groups of 8+ may incur a $25 per-person fee where a card was taken.
Event and private hire bookings are governed by their signed run-sheet: standard terms are 20% deposit, final numbers 72 hours out, and cancellation sliding scale from 14 days.
The gaming floor
Entry to licensed gaming areas is strictly 18+ with valid photo ID — passport, driver's licence or NSW proof-of-age card. We operate under NSW liquor and gaming licences and enforce all responsible-gambling requirements, including self-exclusion on request.
Management may refuse entry or service where required by law or house policy. Gaming is entertainment, not income — if it stops being fun, talk to our trained staff or visit the venue for support service details.
House rules
Smart casual dress throughout; no singlets or work boots in the grill room after 6pm. We serve alcohol responsibly and will refuse service where required — that's the licence, not a negotiation.
Abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour gets you walked out, permanently if it's bad enough. The pub's been running since 1998 because we protect the people in it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong on our watch, talk to us — we fix things.
