Cookie Policy
What this site stores on your device, why, and how to switch it off. Short version: less than most sites, and nothing sneaky.

What we actually use
We keep it light — a handful of functional cookies to remember your cookie choice and keep forms working, plus basic analytics that tell us which pages people actually read.
No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no selling your browsing to anyone. The Privacy Policy covers the rest of how we handle data.
The three types
Essential
Consent choice, form security, session basics. The site breaks without them — always on.
Analytics
Anonymous page views and device stats. Tells us if the menu page is doing its job.
Preferences
Remembers choices like your cookie answer, so we don't ask every visit.
Third parties
Two external services touch this site: Google Maps (for the embedded map on the contacts page) and our font/CDN providers. Google's map embed may set its own cookies — that's between you and Google, governed by their policies.
We don't use Meta pixels, ad networks or any third-party marketing trackers.
Switching them off
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies — check the settings under Privacy. Blocking essential cookies will break the booking form, so if you go that route, just call {{PHONE}} instead.
To reset your cookie choice on this site, clear site data in your browser and the banner will reappear on your next visit.
When this changes
If we add a new cookie type or start using a new service, this page gets updated first and the banner re-asks your consent. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
Continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance of the new policy — though we'll always give you the choice to say no.
